Celeste was recommended to my partner and me when we moved from New York City to Santa Cruz. Celeste was responsive and available from day one, and incredibly patient as she worked with us for about a year as we looked for a new home. Coming from a big city, we had no idea where we should live or what we wanted. Celeste gave us tours of Santa Cruz neighborhoods and the region, was game to explore totally inappropriate (dangerous, falling off mountains) housing we wanted to look at up the windy mountain roads of Felton, Ben Lomond, and Boulder Creek, and always gave us her wise and honest assessment of every property...but only after letting us reach our own conclusions first. We never felt pressured and always appreciated her insights -- Celeste has incredible knowledge of the city and the region and the local real estate market. She also worked hard on offers for us in this very competitive market. The others in her office are very nice as well. I wholeheartedly recommend Schooner Realty and would not use anyone else!
